EDIT: The cruelest part of Hedburg's death is that his own Web site has been suspended, probably for some sort of nonpayment. So there can't even be an offical tribute to him from his own site. How horrible.


Only 37, The (Baltimore) Sun has an article on it saying how 98 Rock was supposed to have him on this morning but could not reach him, only learning why in the afternoon.
Freshman year, Bob from down the hall introduced a lot of us to him, or at least gave us heavy-duty exposure. And it was funny stuff to listen to -- unique in delivery and quite dry. But he definitely sounded like he was stoned the whole time.
Anyways, chalk that up to another life that we can appreciate more for its productivity rather than its longevity. It's just too bad we can't have both more often.
