Keeping score is fading skill - 04/25/05

It's a great part of our pastime, and although I don't think it's a requisite, it's a good way to really pay attention to what's happening. Plus, it's a reminder of what actually happened.

Reminds me of the old Keith Olbermann quote from "Sportscenter": "That play went 6-4-3 if you're scoring at home, or even if you're just watching by yourself."
