Edit (07/10/05): Apparently, the CNN.com story has been moved or taken off the site. Here's pretty much the same story.
Apparently, schoolchildren are distressed by the color red when it appears in the form of written comments on their work -- whether positive or negative.
It's too bad we can't talk to 19th century kids who were distressed by having to work on farms or in mines or in factories.
