ESPN.com: Jason Giambi
Why are people walking this guy? He's hitting .203. But his OBP is freakin' .398! His slugging average is only .338. Has there ever been such a huge differential from any player?
I would throw the ball right down the middle of the plate against him rather than walk him. The guy has 15 hits, 11 of which are singles. Somehow he has 18 walks, though. Now he's always been very patient and selective, but this is ridiculous. Make him prove that he can hit the ball, for steroid's sake.
