Maybe one of the only times I will link to Power Line, Time's 2004 Blog of the Year, and bitter adversary of certain Star-Tribune columnists.
But they have a fascinating map of the Pro and Non vote distribution for this past weekend's EU constitutional ratification. This red/blue disparity does have much more significance than the American counterpart solely because the vote was about 55-45, a clear majority compared to the 51-49 split that Bush inched through with.
