Common-sense ruminations on baseball and culture.

LILEKS (James) Matchbooks

This great new Screedblog feature that James Lileks has started takes on the issues that really burn him, and he doesn't pretend to tip-toe nicely. It also is some great reading, along with the many other (and varied, non-political) topics on his website. This one is dear to my heart, as it tackles the inability of most people to distinguish between religious belief and expression in a proper sense and the religious fanaticism of a true, oppressive theocracy. Which is not what we live in, by the way.
Linked from Instapundit, not that he needs more readers, haha.
