I read about this at Altercation, and it's about how horrible people in history are often outed, but don't you dare try to out someone good (in short, Hitler, but not Lincoln).

But the best part -- although it's a very interesting post -- is this line about Cruise and his relationship with Katie Holmes, who's one of those virginal types:


After all, here’s a man who theoretically could have as his girlfriend any woman on earth. Who does he pick? A very sweet young star who is a virgin, and promises to stay a virgin until marriage.

Call us cynical, but how many straight guys in their mid-forties want to date a woman who won’t have sex with him?

Well-said, although good for Katie Holmes. Maybe she'll get a couple good roles out of this and be famous for a couple more years.
