Actually, I didn't meet him. But Dave did on a Saturday at Yankee Stadium (actually, the same morning I was in Van Cortlandt Park, a mere 81 blocks north), and even was able to make a cool comment to him before walking away in an even cooler fashion.
Plus, he talks about some Yankee fan devotion, which is always nice to hear from a Mariners (and 2004 Red Sox, cough) fan.
