This police blotter incident didn't happen at Loyola, but at George Washington.
I'm mostly disappointed in the fact that the incident reportedly happened at 12:21 a.m.
C'mon! How can you be that drunk 2 hours before the bars close? That's the real crime, right?
Actually, the biting? That's weird. She's lucky the campus cop didn't smack her.
