ESPN.com: Page 2
One of the least excitable on the Page 2 staff, and therefore one of the most insightful -- such as the caveat towards no-hitters, many of which were anything but dominant (A.J. Burnett, Fernando Valenzuela and Andy Hawkins, just to name three). He lists some fantastic games from his lifetime of viewing baseball, and even if you think he left some out, there's no denying the ones he picked truly are gems.
Mike Mussina's 1-hitter would be added to my list, as well as Jack Morris' 10-inning WS shutout, just because that's the first WS I remember every detail of. Mussina didn't have a ton of strikeouts, but he went into Fenway against the Sox as a newbie to the rivalry and came one bloop hit away from a perfect game.
David Cone's 19-K or whatever game against the Phils in the late 1980s was pretty damn dominant, too. I'll think of more.
