Afternoon Baseball

Common-sense ruminations on baseball and culture.

Roland Ave in Baltimore is a fairly major road. North of Coldspring Lane, it has a divider in the middle with a long row of trees. Possibly maple, or something with those type of leaves. Well, I was stupid and didn't get any pictures, but it's a long row of orange, yellow and red leaves leading the way forward, against the backdrop of city and sky.
A large number of those leaves have been falling in the past day or two as well, spreading that delicious color over the bland gray (grey?) street as well. It's not just out in the wilderness. It's often right in front of thine eyes.
