Afternoon Baseball

I'm moving this weekend to New York for a job, but I had to drive there today to pick out an apartment. Four hours there, about five hours on the way back due to driving rain. A flat tire, as well. And I'll have to repeat at least the first leg of the journey, plus tons of shopping for nearly everything, on Friday and/or Saturday.

So, that'll limit this lovely fun.
Except for these tidbits:

My brother says the Yanks should try to get Joey Gathwright (sp?) from the D-Rays. They've got like six quality outfielders, so they won't miss him, he's super fast, young and not a terrible hitter (although nothing special). It'd be interesting. I'm a Torii Hunter fan myself, and maybe they can fool the Twins into taking Aaron "Cloud Nine Descending" Small, assuming NYY re-signs him.

Um...this is a random blog by design, but I often pick stuff based on conversations I have with people or e-mails I get.
