Comes with a methodology and alphabetical listing of grades for each nation with explanations. Absolutely hilarious, and makes you realize how terrible many flags are.
Places that receive D's or F's include Christmas Island, which I didn't even know had a flag, Rwanda's atrocious flag, the Vatican, the Falkland Islands, and Guam, which actually says "Guam" behind a little drawing of a palm tree island. And apparently the "m" is bigger than the other letters.

Ah, to have this much free time on my hands again. This guy does appear to be a philosophy grad student, so it makes sense.
