ESPN.com's resident oddball stat guy goes through the likeliest players to be dealt, and there's some surprises for sure. One is Bobby Abreu, who despite a second-half swoon basically continued his top-5 level play, even adding a controversial Gold Glove.
He sure as hell is a better bargain than Carlos Beltran, right?
The Yankees are thinking Milton Bradley and Juan Pierre, when the answer, again, may be cheaper, younger and more daring in Joey Gaithwright. Don't expect the Yanks to actually choose that option, though.
