Bronx Banter
More on the idea of radical lineup changes, lineup theory, and the revelation that it's not really such a big deal if Damon or Jeter bats first if the other is batting second.
I think that if Damon really needs to bat first, than he should until he falls apart. Jeter probably won't care, and as long as he stays as aggressive as he was last year, I don't mind either. There's something to be said for calming egos, and batting Damon near the bottom of the order won't help the boiling pot that is New York no matter how much it might make sense statistically and formulaically (doubt that's spelled right).
The post has lots of numbers, callbacks to the Knoblauch days, and some heat in the comments.
