UPDATE: Bum provided this link about how Randy's ignored this kid, and how that reduces Randy in his eyes. If that's the case, I certainly agree. But it still doesn't make him a deadbeat dad, just a bad one. And I'm only looking at this as a legal case: He has to provide cash, but she has to use the money properly. If he ignores her, well, that's very unfortunate, but such sentiment shouldn't sway the legal facts of the case, which apparently still need to be sorted out.

He's suing the mother of a kid he fathered back in the day for parts of the child support he paid. Turns out he was paying for years of day care when she was already a teenager and clearly not in need of such expenses.
Two things: Randy, how can you not keep track of this, either as a father or as a businessman?
Second, behind every deadbeat dad (which Randy isn't, but many athletes are) is a gold-digging woman who fronts their kid to get cash.

Here, however, it seems like a mere misunderstanding and shoddy paperwork on both sides. I hope.

My big question is how tall is this girl? Is she like 6-7 or something?
