A&E aired the show for a while after its NBC run ended, but it hasn't been viewable since at least mid-2003, except for the DVD seasons that started coming out in the last year-and-a-half.
However, the show debuted tonight (right as I'm writing this) on Nick at Nite, which is fantastic. Unfortunately, it airs from 2 to 6 a.m. Monday nights (Tuesday, really) and 4 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays (really, Sunday and Monday). But hey, it's a start.
By the way, season 4 is on DVD. Here's my review of Season 3. And...a little fun tidbit from season 2.
