It's the same when the Red Sox come to town, and might be if the Phillies played them regularly. Part is the college and slightly older culture, with tons of northern transplants, but part of it has to be the laid-back, who cares attitude of O's fans. It's not this way with the Ravens, so it's not just a Baltimore thing. What gives?
